THE FOREIGN SECRETARY PRESIDED OVER THE INAUGURATION OF THE NEW ECLAC HEADQUARTERS

Foreign Secretary Patricia Espinosa headed the inauguration of the new headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Mexico.

The Foreign Secretary was accompanied at the inauguration by ECLAC Executive Secretary Alicia Barcena and ECLAC Subregional Director Hugo Beteta, who gave an overview of ECLAC’s activities in Mexico.
