MEXICO CONDEMNS THE TERRORIST ATTACK IN BOGOTA, COLOMBIA

On behalf of the Mexican government, the Foreign Ministry condemns today’s terrorist attack in Bogota, Colombia against former Interior Minister Fernando Londoño, in which several people lost their lives and others were injured.

The government of Mexico extends its sympathy to the Colombian government, reiterates its opposition to these acts and extends its condolences to the families of the deceased and the wounded.

Mexico strongly condemns acts of terrorism and reiterates its readiness to continue cooperating with the international community to prevent and punish such activities.
