THE FOREIGN SECRETARY SIGNS A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH CONAGO

Foreign Secretary Patricia Espinosa signed a cooperation agreement with the National Governors Conference (CONAGO) during the installation of the Committee of International Affairs in Toluca. 

The ceremony was held in the central courtyard of the Government Palace of the state of Mexico and was attended by Governor Eruviel Avila, who became chair of the Committee, as well as the current chair, Chihuahua Governor César Duarte.
