FOREIGN SECRETARY PATRICIA ESPINOSA APPEARS BEFORE THE SENATE

Foreign Secretary Patricia Espinosa appeared today before the Senate to explain Mexico’s foreign policy in detail to the legislators and to discuss the achievements of the current administration, as set forth in President Felipe Calderon Hinojosa’s sixth annual report.
