2012 MEXICO - CHILE JOINT COOPERATION FUND As part of the Strategic Partnership Agreement signed between the United Mexican States and the Republic of Chile, institutions of both countries are invited to present programs and projects for funding as established in the rules and regulations for the 2012 Mexico-Chile Joint Cooperation Fund, which can be found on the Foreign Ministry’s website.
