MEXICO CONDEMNS THE CAR BOMBING IN BEIRUT, LEBANON

On behalf of the Mexican government, the Foreign Ministry expresses its strongest condemnation of today’s car bombing in Sassine Square in Beirut, Lebanon, that killed at least eight people and left over 70 more wounded.

Mexico reiterates its repudiation of all forms of terrorism and conveys its most sincere condolences to the Lebanese people and government and to the families of the victims.
