MEXICO EXPRESSES ITS CONCERN ABOUT THE SITUATION IN GAZA

On behalf of the Mexican government, the Foreign Ministry expresses its deep concern for the escalation of violence in Gaza and southern Israel.

Mexico deplores the recent attacks against the civilian population, the loss of human lives and the damage that has been caused. It calls for restraint from both parties, and urges them to refrain from further attacks that cause the fragile situation in the region to further deteriorate and the violence to escalate.
